BISB Family Walking Club – Christmas Trip

There are two more walks planned for this term. I will send out more information about the walk planned for November 22nd in a separate message.

Our final walk of the term will be a trip to Vienna, including a family themed guided tour of the Natural History Museum and finishing at one of the Viennese Christmas Markets.

  • Saturday 6th December
  • Meet at the entrance to Peknikova school for 09:30 and we will go by minibus to the Museums’ Quarter in Vienna.
  • The tour of the Natural History Museum starts at 11:00 and finishes at 12:00. You are welcome to stay for as long as you wish after to look around the museum yourself.
  • We will finish at the nearby Christmas Market where you can buy food and drink. The minibus will drive back from Vienna at 14:30.
  • The school will pay for the return bus journey. There will be an entrance fee to pay for the museum event. The exact cost of this will depend on final numbers. It will be around 11 Euros per adult and 3 Euros per child.

There are a limited number of places and I will save a place on a first- come first-served basis.

The Walking Club is open for all BISB families and new walkers are always welcome. Parents remain responsible for their children at all times. Please see Sarah Keys (skeys@bisb.sk) for further details.
