Short Story Competition results

The Nord Anglia Education Global Classroom Short Story Competition results are in. Over 1,500 stories were submitted from 24 of our Schools!

Primary School entrants were judged by Tony Bradman, author of over 100 children's books, including the popular Dilly the Dinosaur series. Secondary School entrants were judged by Sally Nicholls, the award winning author of Ways To Live Forever.

We are delighted to announce that 5 BISB students - 3 from Secondary and 2 from Primary - were amongst the twenty Runners-Up chosen by the judges. We are very proud of our aspiring young authors and know you will join with us in congratulating them on their success. 

The students are: Tom Keys and Matej Kusik in Year 6 and Holden Scharpf (Year 9), Amy Keech (Year 12) and Nina Novotna (Year 12). They will be presented with their certificates in the near future.
