"Our Year 13 cohort have produced another outstanding year of IB Diploma examination results. We are delighted that 2 of our students scored an exceptionally high 44 points and that many of our students are moving onto some of the World’s top universities”. Karen Eastwood, Principal of the BISB .
Our students' average score in the IB Diploma was 35.1, significantly ahead of the 2016 global average of 30.1 points. 32% of our students achieved 40 points and above. This is the level of attainment required to gain admission to the world's elite universities, such as Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard and Stanford.
We would like to commend our teachers for another outstanding year. Your commitment to our students and school is what drives these exceptional academic results. On behalf of the parents and school, we would like to applaud you for always challenging our students to achieve more than what they could have thought possible.
