    Paul Greed

After completing a degree in English and Communication, I spent 3 years working as an ESOL teacher in South Korea. Since completing a formal teaching qualification, I have worked as an EAL and Additional Needs teacher in international schools for much of the last 12 years, being able to call Shanghai, Cairo and Abu Dhabi my hometowns.

Travel has been a big part of my life for 18 years but I have spent little time in Europe; the opportunity to make Bratislava my new hometown is one I am delighted to take. Slovakia is a country that lives it's life outdoors and although I am a little afraid of the cold after 3 years in Abu Dhabi, I am excited to walk & cycle here, to experience a culture that will seem both new and familiar; perhaps with a couple of extra clothing layers on!

    Katarina Horvathova Bratova

    French Teacher

    Katarina Horvathova Bratova

Since I was a kid, I always wanted to be a teacher.  I accomplished it by combining both devotion and my love for the foreign languages. I finished my Master degree in teaching of French, Spanish and Slovak language. I feel very lucky being able to spend some time abroad both in France and Spain, improving my language skills.

I worked as a teacher in several language schools and also in the American school in Bratislava. In BISB I will be teaching French and Slovak cultural studies.
