Upon arrival, around 50 enthusiastic young players were given a Manchester United Soccer Schools kit before attending the opening presentation where they learnt about the coaching program that they will take part in.

Paul Neary,Lead Coach for the Pudong camp, explained what coaching sessions the players will be doing over the next 3 days. 'All players will take part in five coaching sessions where they will learn to Live, Train and Play the United Way'. Today’s session will focus on shooting (Make It Count), Explosive Play (Speed and Agility) and Passing (Combine to Attack). The players will learn the movements and techniques just like the first team players at Manchester United. They will develop and understand the coaching program developed at Manchester United. 'The players all look really excited and I’m sure they will have great fun learning from our experienced coaches here at the British International School Pudong'.

The players were soon out on our grass pitch enjoying themselves and learning how to Play the Manchester Way - maybe we will find the new Beckham or Rooney this week!
