Global Orchestra Video

The Global Orchestra trip to New York in June saw three NAIS Pudong students taking part of a mammoth gathering of students from Nord Anglia Education Schools around the world.

  • Global Orchestra

Vocalist Arianna Pantalone, cellist Ji Woo Han and pianist Joung Jin Kim were included in the 82-student strong orchestra and choir, who in one short week put together an impressive repertoire for a final concert at New York’s DiMenna Center for Classical Music.

Led by Musical Director, Paul Wright, from Nord Anglia Education’s school in Houston, the show featured classical, modern rock and show pieces, showcasing the amazing talent of our students from around the world.

This once-in-a-lifetime experience for the students also included a day of workshops at The Juilliard School, attending a Broadway show and seeing the sights of New York. However, it was the coming together of so many musically minded individuals that was the real highlight of the week.
