Overview of next week’s learning

During the second week of Term 2 the Pre Nursery 2 children will be strengthening listening skills and learning ‘loud’ and ‘soft’ sounds with musical instruments. Through Maths games the children will start to identify the number symbol 2. Following a visible interest in ‘Pirates” and our theme of ‘let’s get building’ we will be building boats using various materials to float in our water tray.  On Friday children are asked to bring a ‘show and tell’ object from home that is not too precious or valuable, and possibly something they have built themselves.
