Topic

This week as geographers we will be looking at a map of the world; we will identify countries that we are familiar with. We will start with China, naming the capital city and locating any key features.

We will then repeat with our home countries, and expand looking at neighbouring countries etc.  We will also look at different countries that we have visited and trace our journey around the globe.

We will work together to identify, the countries travelled through and over, the oceans travelled across, and the types of transport needed to reach the destination.
