BISS Lions Do Well in the Pool at the Tai Pei American School Invitational Swim Meet

Some of our outstanding swimmers were lucky enough to travel to and compete in Tai Pei American School Invitational swim meet last weekend.

The team of six pulled off an excellent result, coming in as fifth best small team (any team with less than 30 members).  With only a small amount of swimmers, this is an excellent achievement.

All six individuals, led by BISS Lions swim team Vice Captain Jasmine Chang achieved many personal records in their swim and a handful of high placing in their age groups.

Jason Chang achieved three second place and one third place medals and Kym Pang collected one third place medal.

Congratulations to all the other swimmers who attended ,Harvey Yuen, Hou Dren Yuen, Johnny Yeng, Jasmine Chang and Kym Pang for scoring a total of 294 points between them.

I big thank you to all the parents who attended the meet too especially to Mr Jay Chang (Jason’s Father) who led the arrangements for the trip.
