Amentine graduated from the Australian National University, majoring in Psychology and Art History & Curatorship. Upon returning to Shanghai, she worked for Starcom Shanghai as a Digital Strategy Executive, servicing the luxury brand Cartier to create media advertisement campaigns and promotional strategies. She then joined the Australian Chamber of Commerce's events and marketing team, assisting to plan, promote and execute more than 170 business networking, government official briefing and other key events each year. After gaining experience in Marketing and Events, Amentine worked as PA to the Greater China President for Italian brand Stefano Ricci, as well as for a Human Resources organisation in Lujiazui.
