British International School Hanoi are pleased to announce the success of their Secondary Mathematics Department at the 10th Hanoi Mathematics Olympiad.
On Saturday 18th February, a team of 21 enthusiastic students and 3 dedicated staff were admirably lead to a wonderful victory by Mr. Stewart Russell. The Olympiad aims to bring together the City’s most promising young problem solvers and challenge them in a variety of ways that go well beyond the scope of everyday classroom happenings. Our sublime senior student cohort showed outstanding leadership, critical analysis and application to bring BIS Seniors to the Podium. The students showed great perseverance, and, the ultimate reward, their smiles were ablaze by the end of the Olympiad.
