We have been awarded full accreditation by CIS

I am delighted to announce that we have been awarded full accreditation by the Council of International Schools (CIS) (www.cois.org). The accreditation is awarded after the school undertook a  rigorous self - study over a two year period related to CIS standards. We then received a CIS team visit by nine team members  from the 23^rd to the 28^th April 2017. During  this CIS team visit:

• More than 70 class visits were undertaken
• 47 meetings both scheduled and unscheduled took place, meeting members of the School Management Board, The Principal, The School Leadership Team, Teachers, Support Staff, Parents and Students
• 23 ECAs were visited
• The emergency evacuation of the two school buildings was observed

It is a wonderful outcome for us and great news to have towards the end of the academic year. This success is down to all the hard work of our staff during the Self Study period and during the team visit in April and it is very much appreciated.
