You Said...We Did

This year, we begin a new campaign to help parents fully appreciate that their voice is valued and listened to.  278 families, with one survey allocated per family, responded to the 2017 Parent Satisfaction Survey issued by Nord Anglia Education.

Whilst, in the main, the responses were very positive indeed and in line with the 2015 responses, we felt that too high a percentage of parents answered ‘Do Not Know’, indicating that we had a better job to do to engage and inform.  In this ‘You Said…We Did’ campaign, we will periodically seek to tell you how over last term and into this new academic year, we are responding to comments and areas within school.  I hope that all of you will be encouraged how we are responding.

In addition, two Principal’s Open Forum meetings and the Parent Teacher Groups in Primary and Secondary provide you with further opportunities to learn more.  We look forward to seeing you there.   There will be more details closer to those events.  For now, we will begin our ‘You Said…We Did’ campaign on:

  1.  Secondary Dining and Catering

One of the main areas for development is in catering.  Tastes are very individual and it is impossible to satisfy completely every palette.  That said, as a school we are committed to healthy food, nutritious and well presented, regardless of the section of the school.
