This week we hosted the 6th Annual BVIS Poetry Performance Competition.  A total of 18 poems were performed; nine in Vietnamese and nine in English.  All those who made it through to the final had already performed within their lessons and during the semi-finals and were worthy of their places on the stage.  The quality of poems was fantastic and the judges had to make some very tough decisions.  Certificates were awarded to each of the Year group winners, for each language but ultimately there could only be one winner and that prize went to LE Hoang Khoi (Jack) for the stunning performance of his poem “The Last Call”.  Congratulations are due not only to the winners but to also to all of the finalists who worked so hard to make this such a special event.
