Adam has over 24 years’ experience in schools of which the last 14 years have been as head of school. He started out in high school education, quickly taking on a leadership role before his career took him into primary education. At the British International School of Charlotte, Adam led many developments in special educational needs, curriculum innovation and assessment for learning. Highly acclaimed by OFSTED, his leadership was seen as a key factor in the transformation of the school's effectiveness, leading to recognition of his school as outstanding in all respects. Adam looked to the United States to expand his passion for empowering students’ individual achievement. He currently serves as the interim principal for Nord Anglia International School, New York and Principal of the British International School of Charlotte.
