I have a PhD in Foundations of Education (Philosophy & Islamic Studies) from Amman Arab University in Jordan. Also I finished a Master Degree in Teaching Methods, and Bachelor Degree in Arts from Yarmouk University in Jordan.
I worked as a teacher in Jordan for 3 years and in Saudi Arabia for 1 year. I then came to the UAE and worked in ADEC’s schools for seven years. After that I worked in the Elite Private School for 3 years as an Islamic Studies Teacher.
During my experience I participated in many awards and competitions with previous schools, and received awards and certificates. I also attended and participated in many Training Courses.
My philosophy and strategy in teaching and learning is that all students have the right to learn, and all of them have the ability to reach a high level of learning. They can achieve their goals, but we must give them the chance and enough time to do so.
I decided to work and teach at the British International School Abu Dhabi because it is an excellent opportunity to be part of a school with a great reputation inside and outside the UAE.
I am married with two children. I have many friends; I think that friendships are important in life. My hobbies include playing football and playing chess; in fact I was a player of the chess team during my Bachelor Degree studies.
