Miss Blackman gained her teacher qualifications from Leeds Metropolitan University, and joined BIS Abu Dhabi in 2015.

Year 1 Deputy Year Leader
Ms Kemp grew up in the North East of England and has taught in the UK and Qatar before joining the British International School Abu Dhabi in 2016.
Year 1 Teacher
Miss Downey graduated from St Mary’s University College, Belfast with a First Class Honours Degree in Primary Education.
Mrs Stewart graduated with a B.Ed (1st Class Honours) Degree from the University of Glasgow, and has been in the teaching profession for eighteen years.
Ms Smyllie has been a primary school teacher for the past 25 years and joined the school in 2016.
Ms O'Connor qualified as a teacher at St Martin’s College, Carlisle, England and has taught for many years across all year levels including several years working in Special Education.
Miss Philpott joins the school in 2017 following experience teaching in a variety of schools in England.
Ms Smith graduated with a B.Ed Honours Degree from the University of Northampton and has been teaching for eighteen years.
Miss Dowler studied French and Spanish at the University of Sheffield and joined the school in 2016.
