Salvecion Balajoro

After graduating in AB Psychology with Earning units in Education, I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in Secondary Level in the Philippines.

My teaching career began in a Preschool and developed into experience in Nursery, Reception and Primary education. In line with my degree in Psychology, I worked as a Psychometrician in the Guidance Office of the school where my role was to administer psychological tests and to analyse these results.

I enjoy traveling to new places and observing the lives and cultures of other people. I am interested in cross-stitch and crocheting, and I love going to the gym in order to maintain my physical fitness. I am pleased when my family is content with a humble and fulfilling life instead of in the search for material wealth.

I am drawn to the atmosphere of acceptance at NAISAK. The staff and students alike are treated as if they are part of an extended family and this is evident in all of our daily interactions. The approach to teaching and learning is exceptional because it is tailored to meet each student’s needs in order for them to reach their potential.

As an ALN teacher, I strive to ensure that my students receive the appropriate teaching and learning opportunities that they need to order to make the necessary progress within a mainstream context. My ultimate goal for my students this year is that no one will left behind.

I will ensure that parents are consistently updated about the progress of their child through a network of multiple communications.
