I studied at the University of Glasgow graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Zoology and, after that, I completed my PGCE (also at the University of Glasgow). I am currently studying part-time for an MA in Education with the University of Bath and should be finished in 2020! Previously I taught in England, the Channel Islands and in Scotland before moving to international teaching. Before coming to Thailand, I worked for two enjoyable years in Kazakhstan. As well as Science and Biology, I have explored various elements of school life throughout my career. For example, as an officer with the student cadet force and being involved from a musical perspective with staff and students. I have also enjoyed a Head of House role on two occasions. I am now an enthusiastic Model United Nations advisor here at St Andrews. I am half Trinidadian and half Scottish, was born in Brunei and have two children. My interests (when I have time) include Zumba, photography and spending time with my children. I feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to work at St Andrews and experience the wonders and delights of Thailand. St Andrews' all-inclusive nature is an aspect of education I firmly believe in and promote. There are not many international schools who offer this or do it as successfully as we do.
