After qualifying in the UK I stayed in the UK teaching across the Early Years and Key Stage 1. I moved to Thailand with my family in 2005 and taught at another large International school in Bangkok as a Learning Support Teacher for Early Years and Key Stage 1. During this time I also had the opportunity to study and gained my Masters in Special Educational needs and Inclusion along with the Special Educational Needs Co-coordinator qualification (SENCO).
I chose to move to St Andrews International School Bangko in 2017 when the opportunity arose to start the new STARS programme at the school. The idea and concept of the STARs programme is something I also strongly believe in. I am looking forward to an exciting and challenging time ahead in which I along with all the staff at St Andrews can support and help some children who may of previously been unable to attend a mainstream setting and be 'the best that they can be'.
