I joined our school in 2003 as Mathematics/Science teacher when the High School was only Year 7 and 8 with a total of 11 children. I took on the Head of School role at the end of this first year and have worked with the school directors, administration and teaching staff to develop our school over the last 11 years.
I came from being Head of Bangkok Patana High School, which I set up over the previous 10 years. St. Andrews has grown tremendously into the school we have today through the efforts of all the administration and teaching staff consistently working with our school parent community to create the school we want for all of our children regardless of their ability and skills. Our school continually seeks to find new ways to allow young people to access the curriculum and develop their individual style of learning so that they can reach their full potential socially, emotionally and academically.
I have always enjoyed my time living and working in Thailand. With my family I have enjoyed the many fantastic wild places one can visit both in the mountains and along the coasts of Thailand to watch the phenomenal wild life that still exists in this country. I love living in the hot tropical climate, which allows so many beautiful plants especially orchids to grow and bloom.
