It has been a fantastic final week here at BSB Sanlitun. The sun finally started shining without pollution at the end of the week and everyone is excited about their Spring Break.
The Easter Egg Competition has been as eggs-citing as it has been every year and there are some very creative egg displays. Children as young as 1 year old, to those aged 11 have been busy designing, sticking and painting their eggs. Thank you to all the families that got involved.
If that wasn’t enough excitement for one week we also had Henry Evans, intrepid young explorer visit us and talk to the children in Years 1 – 6. He shared his amazing journey to the South Pole with us, as well as telling us a bit about the marine biology work he does in the seas and oceans around the world. Read more here. The children were inspired, and I hope we have a future explorer among us here at BSB Sanlitun.
Have a lovely Spring Break and we look forward to seeing the children ready for the Summer Term.
