The Year 3 children have been learning lots of interesting facts about Ancient Egypt.
They conducted their own research using the internet to find out about Canopic Jars. Learning about how they were used by the Ancient Egyptians during the mummification process to preserve the internal organs for the afterlife. The children then set to work making their own Canopic Jar using plastic bottles and Modroc! They are excited to add the final details to finish their jars.
