It’s going to be Chinese QingMing Festival next week. As a culture lesson, Year 6 Tian’an men and Forbidden City group learned about the history and read an ancient poem “清(qīng)明(míng)” (Dynasty:唐- táng，poet:杜牧- dù mù).
Year 3 Chang Cheng group and Y4 Tian’an men and Forbidden City group have explored the assessment function on Quizlet and they enjoyed reviewing the target vocabulary through Quizlet Live which required children to learn collaboratively and show what they’ve known with speed and accuracy.
Reception Lama Temple and Summer Palace group read an ancient poem “咏(yǒng)柳(liǔ)” from the poet贺知章(hè zhī zhāng, Tang Dynasty) and made their own willow tree according to the poem.
