Special days in Geneva
We met our team at BSB and finally arrived in Geneva.
We were expected at United Nations’ Headquarter Geneva which is an amazing place, and we learned about what the UN does for our society. I was proud of Ban Gi Moon who is the UN secretary General.
Touring the Red Cross was about people who are suffering from disease and what can we do to help them. After visiting the Red Cross we went to the old town of Geneva.
We visited CERN and learned about what it is and its history. I didn't know about CERN before I came here. We also visited The Universe of Particles exhibition and it was amazing.
We woke up a little early and prepared for the trip to Montreux. We went by train station to visit Lausanne and had time for trip in Montreux.
We visited the College du Leman, which is our Nord Anglia sister school in Geneva. We did classroom activities with students at the school and they were really nice to us. It was a great time for me.
It was the last day of Geneva and I had an extremely amazing time on this trip. I also appreciate that I can spend time with these great students and teachers in Geneva.
