Students had another great day today. Groups 1 and 2 woke up in their tents surrounded by the beautiful countryside. They prepared and cooked their own breakfast, showing fantastic teamwork and communication skills. Due to the weather, the groups were unable to do rock climbing due to health and safety reasons and instead learnt how fans were made before painting and making their own. Both groups then did caving, navigating around the tight holes and water pools and got to go in the mud pool at the end which all students thoroughly enjoyed. Students have finished the day off with learning some Tai Chi.

Groups 3 and 4 did orienteering today and showed some great map reading skills in order to navigate themselves around the countryside. They also did abseiling, with students having a great time and a number of them overcome their fear of heights.
Groups 3 and 4 will be camping tonight and preparing and cooking their own dinner in groups before having some campsite games to finish the evening off.

All students are thoroughly enjoying their time so far and are looking forward to tomorrow's activities.

Update from: Ms. Emma Langham
