Dear All BSB Sport Followers,

Welcome back to a very busy few weeks, and the start of the final season (Season 3) of Sport at BSB. Before highlighting all the things coming up after the CNY Holiday, I just wanted to highlight something that took place just before the Chinese New Year holidays which was our 4th Annual BSB Handball Invite on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th January 2017. These BSB Invites have become rather large events for Primary Sports at the U11/U10/U9/U8 age groups. Over the two day tournament, we had 10 international schools in attendance, a total of 154 matches played, with 59 teams, and just over 400 players. And BSB’s results continued to be nothing but incredible, with BSB winning 5 of the 8 Divisions for Boys & Girls, with the U8 Boys losing a “Golden Goal” Final match which would have given us 6. BSB SY on the day won over 40 matches.

Just a reminder that all the week’s Sport Trainings, Fixtures, Results, Match Times, & Bus Information + all other Activities are located at www.BSBShunyiSport.com or directly at SOCS Co-Curricular’s Calendar: http://bsbshunyicalendar.com

Due to the Chinese New Year Break, just a reminder that the ASA schedule begins on Tuesday 14th February. However, Secondary Sport continues as scheduled the week of 6th February. All Primary sport will begin again on Tuesday 14th February. All Primary Aquabears training will continue as scheduled. Please also note for non-sport extended activities the last day this school year for the Secondary Late Bus will be Friday 21st April 2017.
