I joined BSB in August 2015 as a Secondary Mathematics teacher. I have a degree in Business and a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics both from Sao Paulo, Brazil.
I have been working in International Schools since 1996. I started teaching in Sao Paulo, Brazil and moved to Guangzhou, China in 2003 and in 2004 I moved to teach in England. In 2007 I went back to teach in Sao Paulo, Brazil where I stayed till 2011. Since then I have been working in Saudi Arabia.
After four years in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, my wife and I decided to move and since we left Guangzhou in 2004 it has always been our wish to go back and live in China. We are very excited to be part of BSB.
I have two grown up children, one lives in Brazil and the other in the USA. I have lived most of my life in South America where my children were born. I love the outdoors, hiking, camping and SCUBA diving. I played rugby throughout my school days and then continued to play club rugby, I have kept up my sporting desire coaching a few teams in some of the schools I have worked in. Another passion of mine is charity and I love working with organisations like Habitat for Humanity.
