Application form and supporting documents
After filling in our enquiry form and taking a tour – either in person or virtually – you’ll need to complete your child’s online application form.
You’ll also need to send us the following documents:
- A copy of your child’s passport.
- Your child’s most recent school reports (last two years, in English).
- A copy of your child`s health insurance card
- Responsibility for Fees form
- Signed Education agreement & Consent forms - we will send you a link to online agreement after you fill out the Application form
- Reference form, completed by your child’s current school. This form will be sent directly to the school to a contact person that you fill out in the Application form.
Year groups
Our students thrive when they learn alongside children their own age, which is why we keep children in their correct age groups. The exception is when a student in Year 10 or above can't complete either the IGCSE or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) because they aren't fluent English speakers.

Entry requirements
Nursery to Year 6
- We're open to children who don’t speak English up to Year 6.
- Our average class size is 20.
- We offer nursery education to children aged 2.5 - 4. Children can join at any time in the school year, provided places are available.
- Children can join our reception class if they turn four before the start of a new school year (1st September). Children who celebrate their fourth birthday after 1st September will remain in our nursery class for a further full school year before starting in reception.
- Nursery parents can choose full-time attendance from 8:05 am-3:00 pm (plus our optional after-school care Rockets club until 5:00 pm) or part-time, 50% attendance.
Years 7 to 9
- We assess our students' ability in English.
- Our average class size is 20.
Years 10 to 13 (IGCSE and IBDP)
- Students need to be proficient English speakers. We also assess our students' ability in maths.
- Our average class size in Year 10 is 20.
- Our average IBDP subject group size is 15.
Class structure
Where there are two or more classes in a year group, we try to achieve a balance of students. We consider the following factors: language experience, nationality, ability, and gender. Parents can express their preference; however, the final decision is down to the school.
Learning support
Our school has a full Learning Support policy. We accept students with highlighted learning needs, which are defined by our Learning Support Coordinator. It’s important that you tell us about your child’s support needs at the application stage. This is so we can work out whether our school is equipped to nurture and support their needs, and help them to thrive.
If younger children display learning difficulties after they've joined us, we'll work with you to support them. If we're unable to offer your child the guidance they need, we’ll help you to find an alternative school.
