After graduating from university, Jen moved to Chicago, Illinois to pursue a career in theatre. While there, she discovered a desire to share her love of reading with teenagers as well as a passion for Improvisational Theatre. After completing her Master's, Jen taught English and Drama for twelve years in Chicago, establishing a strong Theatre program within her school. In her free time, Jen directed and acted in scripted and improvisational performances throughout Chicago.

Soon after their child was born, Jen and her husband Marty decided to pursue careers in international teaching. Their intention is to explore the world, learn about new places, and provide an excellent education for their daughter, Zoey. At SCIS in Shanghai, Jen taught Theatre, English, and TOK. She also continued to perform improv in Shanghai and internationally.

Jen is thrilled to join the Northbridge family and looks forward to learning about Cambodia and its culture.
