You will be notified by e-mail of any changes in planned club programming. If you have enrolled in a club with a paid provider, the dates of the club were detailed in the notice you were sent at the beginning of term. All other clubs are in session every day of school attendance, except for the final day of each school year.
If you are confused about whether club has been scheduled on a certain day, you may e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call the front desk at 773-506-2097 for any questions day-of.
There is a calendar coming soon to the clubs website which will display every single day of club activities. It will also note special activities, such as Taekwondo belt tests or end-of-term presentations or performances. In addition, it will be kept up-to-date with any last minute cancellation notices. We are working on adding this helpful feature soon!
