Entrepreneurship & Innovation

I'm part of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation team at the Lincoln Park campus.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation Team

At the BISC-LP, we recognize the need to encourage young people to explore, create and discover in order to carve their own path.  We want to encourage creative thinking and equip our children with the necessary skills to fulfil their ambitions, both present and future.

We see our children as ‘makers of the future’ - children who have the potential to become the World’s future innovators and entrepreneurs.  By delivering a cross curricular curriculum which offers many hands on opportunities to experiment, collaborate, problem solve and innovate, children will be fully prepared for the challenges of the future workplace.

Our brand new STEAM corridor (Science Technology Engineering, Arts and Math), complete with a Robotics Lab, Science labs and Maker Room, gives our children exposure to the latest technology including a 3D printer, Lego Mindstorm, MIP and Play-i robots, Rasp-berry Pi single board computers and Makey Makeys.

We support the children in their innovative projects and entrepreneurial aspirations through our network of teachers, parents, entrepreneurs and business professionals.  These mentors will work with us in school, offering advice, engaging the children in inspirational discussions and delivering skills-based sessions in order to inspire, guide and motivate our children towards success.
