Now that you've RSVP'd for our 2016 Summer Soirée, you have two options to pay for your tickets and/or staff contributions:

Please note: once you submit payment, you'll be redirected to a screen with your transaction number. Please write this number down for your records. Within 3 to 5 business days, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation that your payment has been processed.
Checks can be made out to: British International School of Chicago, Lincoln Park.
Please note: please write in "Summer Soirée" in the memo section to help expedite processing of payment. Feel free to drop off your check at the front reception desk.
We are going paperless this year, so no tickets will be issued. Your name will be on our guest list at Carnivale, so you can check in at the venue. The list will be e-mailed a week before the event.
Payment Deadline & Cancellation
Payments are due by May 11, 2016, end of business day.
With apologies, no refunds will be issued after May 5, 2016. In addition, the planning committee requests that you honor your intent to purchase your tickets, even if you do not plan on attending any longer (payment is due to the venue, based on our RSVP list as of 5/5).
What can you do if you can no longer attend? First, be sure to honor our committee's ticket cancellation policy and complete the purchase of your tickets. Once you do that, you may 1) find a set of parents to take your place, 2) ask your parent rep to notify other parents that you have ticket(s) to give away, or 3) donate to the tickets to the staff pool. In any case, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org what you would like to do.
