Tiffany Wells, Director of Admissions & Marketing
I am thrilled to join the team at British International School of Chicago, South Loop as I have the advantage of being part of a vibrant international community and help create world citizens and scholars. It’s extremely rewarding to assist prospective families in making an essential decision in their lives when finding the best educational environment for their children. It’s lovely when families come back to me and say, “thank you for helping us feel right at home at BISC, SL”.
Professionally speaking, I have extensive experience working in independent school education through marketing and admissions. I have the privilege to work for the largest educational organization in the world, Nord Anglia Education (NAE). Previous to working under NAE, I gained a breadth of industry experience at GEMS World Academy, under the educational firm, GEMS Education. I also share several years of professional experience from Ariel Investments, LLC and working at the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. I hold a Bachelor of Arts through Weinberg School of Arts and Sciences from Northwestern University.
I truly enjoy surrounding myself with other cultures by traveling the world with my husband, especially tropical climates; hosting events for friends and family; visiting art museums and exploring all the delicious restaurants the world has to offer. I am truly passionate about sharing life moments with family, friends and loved ones and living life to the fullest.

The reason I joined BISC South Loop is because I wanted to work with an international organization. Some of the most innovative thinkers and talented people work at this school!
At BISC South Loop, I have opportunities to develop my skills, take on exciting projects, and work with people I can learn from. I am excited to contribute to creative campaigns and function as an integral part of the Admissions & Marketing Team.
After graduating from DePaul University with a degree in Communications, I continued my training through work experience as a Creative Associate, PR Intern, and Executive Assistant where I developed my knowledge and translated client needs into communication action steps with a creative and solution-oriented focus.
Most recently I served as a Project Manager at EPIC, where we paired select teams of “creatives” from the ad industry with non-profit clients dedicated to education, children and families. I am also a Communications Committee Member at SheSays Chicago Chapter, an award-winning organization that helps women succeed. I consider myself an international professional and enjoy developing dynamic relationships with people.
I am a world explorer, dance lover and traveling addict. If not enjoying concerts or festivals in the city, as a true outdoor lover, I overcome the city vibes and escape whenever I can by camping or developing skills in hobbies from sports to arts. I am a true food admirer and love indulging in the city's landmark restaurants with loved ones.
Caitlin Hagerty, Admissions & Marketing Coordinator
British International School of Chicago, South Loop is more than a school or a place of work, but a community of lifelong learners. Both staff and students desire to make a difference in the world, and I am thrilled to join a community where I can continue to develop professionally and personally.
I attended Northwestern College where I received a degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration. As an undergraduate, I had the opportunity to serve in multiple student leadership positions such as a Resident Assistant and Spring Service Project Leader. It was these positions and others like it that introduced me to a different side of marketing -- relationship-building. Building relationships with families who are interested in BISC South Loop is what motivates and excites me about coming to work every day.
In the future, I hope to move into student development and guidance, encouraging and guiding students as they assume responsibility for their own personal growth.
Outside of work, I love connecting with family and friends over coffee and board games. My current favorite games are a fast-paced card game, Dutch Blitz, and a board game, Ticket to Ride! I also love adventuring to new places, and I often camp, allowing me to find hidden treasures in nature. In general, I love engaging with people in genuine and deep conversation wherever we might find ourselves.
