Success! Nord Anglia Education has shortlisted four students from BISC South Loop in the Global Campus Creative Writing Challenge.
The Creative Writing Challenge is one of many resources available through our Global Campus, a digital learning environment where students can create content, work with experts and debate with others. This year’s Creative Writing Challenge tasked thousands of students at 41 Nord Anglia schools with developing their written powers of expression. Students in each of three age categories penned stories about family, fan fiction or a topic that sparked their interest in class.
- Rois (age 6) – “My Family”
- Alistair (age 8) – “James Bond is a Teacher!”
- John (age 14) – “The Ghost of Jay Gatsby”
- Michael (age 15) – “Not What It Seems”
BISC South Loop is one of just 10 schools that scored a winner in every age category!
The students’ work will be published in Nord Anglia’s annual Creative Writing and Visual Arts Anthology. John, Michael, Alistair and Rois also have a chance to win Writer of the Year in their age category. That announcement comes later in February, so stay tuned.
