Fine Arts

Students are challenged to become critical thinkers as artists and creators, and to apply creative strategies to everyday situations. Our programs not only train students in the craft of each art form; they also train students to become individuals within each art form.

Differentiated Approach

Differentiated instruction is used to challenge a variety of levels of technical skill within each classroom.

Students are taught how to problem-solve, work together, interpret other cultures and manners of expression, and to find their own artistic voices.

The arts give students opportunities to think independently and to view the world with receptive and inventive minds.

Students explore visual arts in Léman’s beautiful and sunny art studios. Here, students create and discover the diverse range of media that artists use in fun and imaginative art projects.

Critical Thinking and Artistic Appreciation

Students also apply critical thinking skills to art study and appreciation. Students learn to value the role and development of the visual arts throughout the world, and also to analyze and make judgments about works of art, including their own.
