Master of Education – curriculum, instruction, leadership, Oakland University;
Bachelor of Science – elementary education, Oakland University.
April has over 16 years teaching and administrative experience in education. She has been a teacher for grades 2, 4, and 5, and worked as a Gifted Coordinator for K-5. She also worked as an Assistant Principal and Elementary Principal for about 8 years.
Before joining LIS, April worked as the Director of Curriculum for K-12 at Satit Bi-lingual School of Rangsit University in Chiang Mai.
April is an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and a passion for serving others. She believes educators have an ethical and moral responsibility to encourage cultural understanding and literacy, as well as a sense of social responsibility in all students.
