The whole of the Gharaffa campus came together on Sunday, 12 November to celebrate the many nationalities in our international school.  All of the children and staff came to school dressed in the colours of their home country flag or wearing their national dress.  In total we represented 59 countries from around the world.  Families and friends from each individual country walked together as they paraded around the school, whilst listening to music from around the world.  The Egyptian and Qatari students sang their national anthems with pride and gusto; and everyone waved their flags high showing great pride in their home country.  At the end of the parade the children took to the stage for photographs. It was a wonderful event and it was fantastic to see so many parents had been able to stay to watch the event.
