Jean-Paul Souleiman

Jean-Paul Souleiman

French Teacher

I have 7 years experience as a French teacher working in secondary schools in France and in the U.K.  I am an energetic practitioner with the knowledge, skills and understanding of a range of teaching, learning, assessment and behaviour management strategies. Possessing an open-minded and determined attitude I can motivate and inspire pupils to succeed.

I am able to establish a supportive relationship with not only students but also their parents and fellow teachers all with the aim of promoting, reinforcing a student's independence, self-esteem and to help pupils to fulfill their potential.

The challenge of a new country was always part of my career and life plan.  This is why I decided to get a first new experience "abroad" in the UK.  I hold a degree in Business and Management and my PGCE is in Modern Foreign Languages.  This is the second step in my teaching career; to teach in the Middle East and to have new adventures and experience.

I believe that this school has a very high standard in terms of expectations, results and quality.  It is very demanding and challenging because teachers expect children to excel. Parents are supportive of their children insuring that they follow rules, instructions and expectations.

WHAT THE STUDENTS SAY

"You are a natural teacher."
