Brandon Boston

Brandon Boston

Director, Lighthouse Point Academy

Brandon is a strong advocate for all of the students and families in the Lighthouse Point Academy program.

Brandon was named the Director of Lighthouse Point Academy in May of 2014. Brandon initially joined the Nord Anglia Education family of schools at North Broward Preparatory School in 2010.  He taught 20th Century World History for three years in the Lighthouse Point Academy program, as well as served as the Student Government Advisor and Athletic Academic Coordinator before being named Director of LPA.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - Secondary Education with a minor in Special Education from Bethany College in 2008.  Prior to joining the North Broward family, Brandon taught in the inclusion setting in Richmond Virginia at Rappahannock High School while also serving as the defensive coordinator of the varsity football team.  

Brandon is committed to developing students by chairing such events as the Meritas Leadership Conference and through leading a service-learning trip with focused on sustainable development with students to Tanzania.  Brandon is a certified Apple and Google educator and committed to integrating technology into the classroom. Brandon is a strong advocate for all of the students and families in the LPA program. He always has their best interest in mind and serves as a great mentor.

Brandon is married to Jess Boston, a first-grade teacher at North Broward Preparatory School.
