Students learnt the importance of taking care of canines and were endeared to learn the stories of the two dogs.
My Paws & Me help homeless animals that have faced neglect or sickness and educate people in showing compassion.
This was a unique learning experience for the students, who were also able to talk about their own pets. They even found out that Ernie was rescued by one of our teachers — Mrs Sanderson!
Thank you to Ms Maher for organising the session and for all her support towards the shelter.
