Parent Workshop - Language Development

On Tuesday 14th February, Year 1 & 2 parents are invited to participate in a workshop featuring three practical sessions aimed at supporting language development at home.

  • Children in an EAL lesson

The practical sessions will include:

  • Using technology to learn English at home                          (Mr Sunil)
  • Learning English through songs                                               (Mr Shane)
  • Reading with your child                                                                (Miss Jay)

Parents will receive a selection of useful resources, including a list of apps/websites, tips for reading with your child and a CD with English songs to learn at home. We invite you to join us on the Hillside Campus on Tuesday 14th February, 8am-10am.
