Profile - Sunil Jogi

Year 3 Teacher

In 2013, I graduated with a degree in Business and Management from Aston Business School and worked in recruitment before becoming a teaching assistant at The British School of Guangzhou. During my time at BSG, I discovered my passion for teaching and began pursuing a career in this field. Over the last few years, I have obtained several language qualifications including a TEFL, TESOL and a teaching certification from the University of West Florida. I spent the last three years working with Key Stage 1 EAL students and this year I am thrilled to make the transition to Key Stage 2 as a Year 3 class teacher. I’ve worked with many of the current year 3 students over the past year and I am honored to be a part of their education for a 3rd year in a row.

Coming from a family of international school teachers, I had the privilege of experiencing the world from different perspectives, having attended various schools throughout Europe and Asia. I have always been a keen sportsman, with a passion for team sports including ice hockey, football, volleyball, tennis and badminton. Off the sports field, I enjoy traveling to exotic destinations and trying out the street food wherever I go!
