Throughout my education and training, I have worked in diverse settings and taken on various roles, from a psychology assistant in South Africa to a medical intern at Qingdao Municipal Hospital. One major site was at La Cote International School (LCIS) in Aubonne, Switzerland where, as a school counsellor intern, I delivered counselling service to secondary students and Special Educational Needs (SEN) sessions to both primary and secondary pupils. The last setting before coming to BSG was RecoveryWays, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre in Salt Lake City in the United States.
Having explored different pathways in counselling, my passion for raising children who can has surfaced without hesitation. I believe that effective parent and teacher education are most fundamental in bringing up socially interested and cooperative children in our society. The vision and mission of BSG beautifully present such ambitions, and it is a real pleasure to join the BSG family.
To continue to develop myself in my personal life goes hand in hand with my professional growth. I immerse myself in the Chinese and English literature, and I enjoy strolling around the city and hiking in the mountains. Strongly believing in the inner health, I take good care of my body and spend good quality time cooking. Whether it is to share food with family or to explore the world with friends, I value the time being with my loved ones and constantly learning from each other in life.
