Staff Profile: Mrs. H. Haines

Mrs. H. Haines

Primary Class Teacher, 2A

Mrs. Haines has taught in England for the past eight years, gaining experience across a range of year groups (most recently Year 6).  In 2008, Mrs Haines graduated from the University of Gloucester with a B.Ed (Hons) in Primary Education.

Over the course of her career, Mrs. Haines has also been a phonics coordinator and curriculum leader, which involved introducing and embedding the new English curriculum for the foundation subjects and Science.

I am passionate about bringing learning to life through quality literature and linking lessons to texts. The children I have taught show a real love of reading and can often be found engrossed in a great book!

I am keen sports person and can often be found coaching netball, hockey or lacrosse. I played Lacrosse whilst at University.

I am kind, consistent and passionate about learning. I love learning about different cultures and visiting new countries.
