Ken Cohen is an Education Innovator, having served as the COO of the Mandell School in NYC. Mr. Cohen worked with Apple, Google, and others, managing the integration of technology into the School’s curriculum and learning management systems and helping lead the School’s expansion across new grade levels and geographies.
Additionally, Mr. Cohen has led the growth and development of several tech and software initiatives across a wide variety of companies. Prior to joining Mandell, Mr. Cohen held executive positions – including President of North America of Intiqua International, an Indian offshore-services company; Managing Director of Global Strategy at Proxicom; and CFO and CAO of ICAD/Concentra, an engineering-automation company – in which he helped lead the growth of global companies with a technology and software focus. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Music from Lake Forest College and did his graduate work at Harvard University and Bank Street College of Education. Mr. Cohen is a Mentor at Station, Houston's Hub for Tech Startups and Innovation. At The Village School, Mr. Cohen serves as the Director of Student Internship Programs.
