Pre - IBDP (Grade 10) and IBDP (Grades 11 and 12) students are encouraged to be independent learners and are therefore managed by a team of IBDP teachers led by the Head of IB. The Head of Pastoral and the Higher Education Advisor also work closely with these students to support in their overall well-being and preparation for making university choices and applications.
This is the final and most crucial stage of learning. Success during these final four years results in students being able to apply for their university of choice. NACIS strives to personalise student pathways to secure the necessary examination results for students to be able to pursue their future aspirations, however, these pathway choices must be entered into with the required entry levels for language acquisition skill.
NACIS offers examinations in mathematics, science (biology, chemistry and physics), English language, Chinese and humanities (geography or history). Optional subjects include modern foreign languages (Spanish and French), music, art and computer science.
