Let’s show the teachers and staff our appreciation for all their hard work they do by hosting a luncheon on Wednesday 3rd June in the Round House.
Dear Parents,
We need your help to put on this luncheon by asking you to prepare a dish for the teachers and staff to enjoy during their lunch break on Wednesday 3rd June in the Round House located in the senior school. We’re asking each year group to contribute the following:
Early Years - Dessert
Year 1 - Bread
Year 2 - Fruit
Year 3 - Salad
Year 4 - Vegetarian
Year 5 - Chicken / Pork or Beef dish
Year 6 - Rice Dish
Secondary School - Beverages. Soft Drinks, Mineral Water, Juices
Please drop your delicious dishes off at the Early Years entrance, Primary steps or the Round House by 9:30am. May we also ask that you label your containers clearly with your child’s name and class should you want your container returned.
We are also looking for volunteers on the day to help with set up from 8am and/or throughout the lunch from 9:30am until 1:30pm for an hour or so. If you would like to help out or should you have any questions please contact Sarah Daly at sarah.jane.daly@hotmail.com
