  • Wanted - Jumble items for Tanzania Table at the Garden Party

We are a group of Y.8 & 9 students who are busy fundraising for the projects we will support in November when we travel to Tanzania on our amazing service project. We are looking for your help for contributions of second-hand toys, books and any other small unwanted household items for our Jumble Table at the Summer Garden Party. If you are leaving China or just having a Spring clean, please consider donating your unwanted items to our Tanzania Jumble Table. Please send them in to either the Primary or Secondary reception desks.

    Thanks for your support.

OUR LEARNING THEMES

Recognising that across the Pre-Nursery unit we have many children who are deeply drawn into sensory experiences, as well as a love for learning and repeating  familiar rhymes, and a group of children are are showing a readiness to learn more positional language, we are delighted to focus our next week’s learning plans around the beautiful children’s story: We Are Going On a Bear Hunt! There is so much scope for cross curricular learning with this story, we hope to capture the children’s imaginations and provide rich learning experiences in art, language development, role play, emotional development, physical development and sensory exploration.
