    Emma Lunt

    Emma grew up in Harrogate in North Yorkshire, before going on to The University of Liverpool where she studied Classics, History and History of Art. She completed her BA degree at Camberwell College of Arts in London specialising in The History of Art and Design.

    Grainne Mallon

    Gráinne trained to be a Teacher in Saint Nicolas Montessori College in Dublin. Following four years of college she received a B.A Honours degree in Montessori Education for children aged 3-12 years. After college Gráinne went on to open her own Montessori pre-school in Dublin. Her school was called ‘Oideachas le Grá Montessori’, which in English translates to ‘Education with love’. This name directly relates to her teaching style, which is quality education with loving care.

    Natalie Givens

    Natalie studied at the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK and completed a BA(HONS) English with Qualified Teaching Status degree. She then moved to the Isle of Wight in the south of England and worked in a primary school for 10 years carrying out a range of responsibilities. Her roles during her time there consisted of teaching Early Years and Key Stage 1, leading Early Years, PE lead teacher, school sport coordinator for 3 other schools and working as part of the senior management team.

    Alison Marshall

    Alison graduated from Keele University in 2007 with a 2:1 in Sociology and Criminology. She went on to complete a Primary PGCE at Manchester Metropolitan University and then began her teaching career in the North of England in sunny Manchester. Moving steadily south, she worked in Stockport for 2 years in Year 4 before heading to Valencia, Spain where she worked in Year 1 as a class teacher, AfL leader and Head of Year for 3 years. She has now made the easy decision to take a sharp turn heading east to Shanghai!

    Laura MacNamara

    Laura graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Psychology. After two years of industry experience, working for companies such as IBM, she decided to pursue a career in education. Her priority was to work in a caring profession where she could help enable young people to realise and fulfil their potential. Laura completed a PGCE with Early Years specialism at the University of Exeter and started to work in a Primary school in Cornwall, UK for 7 years. She then worked in an International School in Suzhou, China. She has ten years of teaching experience and her practice is based on promoting child-centred, active, challenging and meaningful learning experiences.
